Submitting a Pitch is easy and quick to do!

Before you start to fill out the form, let´s get inspired by one of the filmmakers @tnwfm.com

 

How it works

 

1. Please fill out the form below.

If you are not sure, just hover over the little info icons. A box will appear and provide you with further information. Once you have filled out and submitted the form, please give us some time to review your submission. This might not take more than 48 hours on workdays.

2. We will inform you once the pitch is live on our website.

Now the filmmakers have the opportunity to submit a Concept. Once the deadline for submission is over (usually 3 month after your Pitch is live on our site or for big video-campaigns the deadline can be up to 6 months and longer) you will receive a link to a password secured page where you can review the concepts.

3. Help needed?

We offer you a service to help you with a selection of the submitted concepts, just contact us via our “get in touch” section which you will find at the bottom of this page.

4. Not my cup of tea?

Within two weeks time after you have received the concepts you can step back from the pitch at no cost.

5. Let’s get started with your first free pitch.

If you decide to start the project, we will invoice you with 1% of the stated budget and you can get in touch with the filmmaker. And the best thing is, that your first pitch is entirely free! A pitch for a social film project by foundations and associations are always free of charge. So let´s start with filling out the form:

Information about your company / institution. How long is your company / Institution in the market and what is special about your brand / Institution. Please give some insights on opportunities or problems of the market your company / Institution is in.

Example:"Munich, Bavaria in Germany" Your headquarters might be based in a different country, however the office which is dealing with the video-campaign is based in our example in Munich, Bavaria in Germany. Please enter your details like this "town, state or county, country".

The website of your company or Institution will provide valuable information to the filmmaker

What is the goal of the ad or campaign? What should the video make the audience think, feel, or do? Is the primary objective to persuade the audience to buy your product or service or is to build your brand more relevant?

The language of the video and the written concept. This is relevant as the filmmaker needs to know if he or she is capable of the desired language or if necessary the filmmaker will have to use translation services. You might want to produce a film for the Japanese market, however the concept should be in English. If that is the case or a similar case, please leave a note in Schedule&Notes.

Who and where are they? How will we communicate with them? What else do we need to know about your target audience? Example: "We are looking primarily at young families, Age of parents 35-45 and children Age 1-4, with a family household incomes over 60K per year.

What are strongest rational and emotional reasons to believe, to try or to buy your product or service?

What is the most important thing to say or show? Please also define a Call-To-Action (CTA), although it might be a first draft.

[plus sales tax, if applicable] The height of your budget directly affects the quality of your video. The higher the budget is, the more possibilities open up. A higher budget allows the filmmaker to rent further equipment, hire additional crew, rent a bigger studio or a more appealing shooting location ect. Only a rough estimate can be given here as a basic guideline. Recommendation for small companies: < under 10k€ Budget will allow simple whiteboard videos, videoscribes and basic web video content, Recommendation for midsize companies: > above 10k€ to 100k will allow a more complex video campaign tailored to perform across various video-marketing channels like web,tv,cinema,public video ect. Recommendation for corporations: > above 100k€ to 1MM Budget will allow a high end state of the art video campaign to perform across various video-marketing channels like web,tv,cinema,public video ect. In case your budget is not finally defined, you can choose a budget as a guideline and in addition the option TBA/TBD.

A schedule or time-line for for your project is important. A one day shoot with a quick edit can be done quickly and does not need much time of preparation. In contrast a complex video campaign with several videos, will need a proper preparation. This is also the place to leave any other note you like to communicate.
